Do you ship worldwide?
We ship hard graft goods all over the world everyday and it's just as exciting for us as it is for you. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. We have unbeatable rates with UPS and it takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are.
For larger orders outside the EU (if you don't mind waiting and don't need insuance), we give you the option to ship with the post. Usually the package will be with you within two weeks but it could take up to five weeks or more, delays can occur in transit. Orders shipped with UPS are insured, orders shipped through the post are not insured and the delivery is at your own risk.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
You can also pay with your PayPal account.
I have just placed my order, what happens next?
We will start processing your order here at hard graft HQ in Vienna, Austria. As long as the goods are in stock, we'll pack them up carefully within five working days and send it off with the shipping company. If you decide you want to change or add products to your order, we'll have to cancel it and then ask that you place a new order. In most cases, it won't be possible to change your order as it will have already been processed for shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary from country to country, you can easily check the costs in your cart before you proceed to the checkout. Just enter your shipping destination and click Get Rates.
Can I track my order?
If your order has shipped with UPS you will receive a tracking number. International orders shipped through the post, cannot be tracked online.
Do I have to pay tax or import fees?
When you visit our website you can select your shipping country to display the total product prices excluding shipping. If your delivery address is within the EU, 20% VAT is included. Product prices for all other destinations do not include VAT.
WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS: The small goods (everything except bags and leather laptop sleeves) usually do NOT go through customs and you won't have to pay any further fees. Larger goods usually go through customs and you will probably have to pay import fees and taxes on receipt. The rules and regulations vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We are not able to exchange products, if you decide you would like a different product, you will need to return your order and place a new one. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us within five working days. Your return must be dispatched within seven days from receiving the delivery. We will let you know how to go ahead with the return. Once the goods are returned to us in an original and unused condition we will give you a full refund for the goods. Any associated shipping costs or fees are not refundable. Please note that returns from outside the EU are subject to a EUR 20 surcharge which covers customs clearance fees when applicable.
Can I find hard graft in stores?
You'll soon see hard graft goods in select outlets, worldwide. We're growing our brand organically and making our own little mark on the world.
