When you place an order your delivery address and products are confirmed with our shipping software. At this point we can’t modify or cancel the order. If you placed an order in error, you’ll have the possibility to return after delivery.
If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. You can request a return here. You'll need your order number and the same email address you used to place the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. If your return is post stamped outside the return window, you are only eligible for a store credit.
IMPORT DUTY AND TAX
Orders shipping within the EU are not charged tax at checkout but you will have to pay tax and handling charges to the carrier before delivery. Orders to Australia have 10% GST included in the final price. Orders to all other destinations do not include tax. All other International orders outside the UK may be subject to tax and handling charges on delivery. Tax rates are based on the rate of your country. Orders to the USA with a value under $800 will not attract import duties.
In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you need to let us know within 5 working days from delivery. If your product develops a noticeable problem at any time, just get in touch and we’ll help you find a solution.

You can opt to receive our newsletter emails by signing up on our site or at the checkout after placing an order. All transactions are processed using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
