We refund customs duties for all worldwide orders. Just pay the carrier before delivery and email us your payment receipt.
Orders ship from the United Kingdom in 1-3 working days. This does not apply to products on pre-order with an estimated ship date.

Orders to certain destinations do not include customs, duties or tax and may be subject to these charges on delivery by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.

Customs, duties and taxes are not refundable for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return. To send something back you can process the return by logging in to your account. All returns have a processing fee of 2% and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can return at your own cost or we can provide a return label for a charge that will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
