Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post-stamped outside the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit.

Do I have to pay duties, taxes and import fees?

Orders shipping within the UK include 20% UK VAT.

Customs Invoice? Please pay the carrier directly to avoid any delays with your delivery. You can then email us the payment receipt and we wll process a refund for the charges back through your order* Claims for customs refunds must be sent before or within 7 days of delivery. Claims sent after this period cannot be honoured.

Returns: Import charges are non-refundable.

Wholesale: Duties and customs are the recipients responsibility.

Since 2007, all of our products are handmade in Italy in small family run workshops.
