Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. This does not apply to products on pre-order with an estimated ship date.
UK
Orders shipping within the UK include VAT.
Rest of world
Orders to all other destinations do not include customs, duties and tax and may be subject to these charges on delivery. These charges are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address when you place your order.

Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return. To send something back you need to login. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your return is post stamped outside the return window but within 28 days, you are only eligible for a store credit. We are unable to accept returns outside of 28 days past the delivery of your order.
