If you search duffle bag, you get the sense that the leather ones often look a bit stiff, uncool and old-fashioned and the fabric ones can be way too sporty. With ours we've tried to capture a minimal look and focus on the amazingly thick tumbled tuscan leather.

We designed the opening to extend down the sides so you can access your gym or weekend getaway gear much easier than a conventional top opening. It’s also hard to put a finger on it what makes ours truly different. We think it’s a feeling of care. We care right from when we chose the leather (rich über premium Tuscan Italian vegetable tanned), the colour (just the right warmth of brown with just the right tone), the lining (a sumptuous wool blend), to the design (size, features, details).

 

But that’s not all, our artisans take all of our carefully chosen ingredients and attentively turn the individual pieces into one proper bag that has such a human touch. There’s love and life in it. But we don’t just bring a bag to life, for us it’s a livelihood, a lifestyle, a living.

Similar to that finger licking calzone you had on your last holiday in Italy, we believe it’s best simple, with natural ingredients made by a hearty Italian family. Our key leathers are premium Tuscan vegetable tanned, full-grain and hand finished. They mature and get better with age, just like the Chianti you enjoyed with that pizza.

Soft by nature our luxurious Italian wool blend lining adds a tactile and lush interior that almost feels too good to hide away inside the bag. Our natural wool gets a little support from its stronger and very resilient man-made fibres to stand up to whatever you throw into it.
